OPPORTUNITY

Proactiv needed to fast-track an update of their existing email onboarding series to leverage their recent rebranding. They also wanted to use this as an opportunity to optimize the email onboarding program.


SOLUTION

Our approach was to segment by audiences and position proactiv as an ally on a customer’s skincare journey with authentic, transparent yet educational emails. 


RESULTS 

Proactiv launched the updated onboarding series across all three of their acne-treatment systems. The strategic direction ARJ Consulting established has been carried through the proactiv customer email engagement program.
